Equine Voices Rescue and Sanctuary
Equine Voices rescue the hardest of the hardest cases of abuse, neglect, starvation, abandonment and so many more. Without our service to the community to help equines, most of our equines were facing a horrendous fate of feedlot and slaughter. Equine Voices has saved hundreds of equines in the past 22 years, and with 65 equines currently at the sanctuary, not only is it extremely costly, but the workload is also extreme, which is why our volunteer program is so critically important. Friends of Madera Canyon
The Friends of Madera Canyon assist the United States Forest Service with keeping trails and infrastructure clean and safe; welcoming visitors and educating them about (1) what Madera Canyon has to offer and (2) how to enjoy the natural beauty of the Canyon with minimal impact to its ecosystems.
