Our mission is to enrich the educational experiences of teachers, students, and the Sahuarita community by expanding access to resources, fostering innovation, and supporting lifelong learning.
About Us
SEEF is a community-driven nonprofit committed to enhancing educational opportunities across the Sahuarita Unified School District. Since its founding, SEEF has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into classrooms, student programs, and scholarships—directly impacting both students and educators.
What sets SEEF apart is its ability to respond quickly and thoughtfully to evolving needs. Beyond structured programs like Mini-Grants and scholarships, SEEF provides flexible funding for opportunities that arise throughout the year—ensuring students and teachers don’t miss out due to timing or limited resources.
SEEF also values strong community partnerships, working closely with local businesses, organizations, and supporters to expand its reach and impact. Every contribution stays local, directly benefiting the students, schools, and families within the Sahuarita community.
Our Needs
Currently, SEEF is focused on raising funds to support:
- The General Educational Support Fund for urgent and flexible needs
- Mini-Grants for teachers, which open each April
- Student scholarship programs
- Teachers and staff to obtain needed special certifications
These efforts ensure SEEF can continue making a meaningful and timely impact for the students, teachers, and staff of the Sahuarita Unified School District.
