Each year, Valley Assistance Services serves more than 8,000 individuals across a 2,700-square-mile service area, delivering innovative, wrap-around services tailored to each individual’s or family’s needs. Our programs help stabilize housing, maintain health and financial well-being, build self-sufficiency, and promote independence, safety, and resilience. Dedicated volunteers play a vital role in strengthening every program, both at our Green Valley office and in Tubac.

Basic Needs — Housing stability, transportation in Pima and Santa Cruz counties, health and wellness support, transforming health through transportation, essential pantry services, workforce and employment assistance, and resource navigation.
Community Health — Telemedicine, SHiM services, registered nurse advocacy, medication management, and peer support groups.
Financial Wellness — Financial literacy education and workforce and career development.
